ps plus june

With June fast approaching, now is the time for some exciting news for those who currently subscribe to PlayStation Plus.

There will be three more games released for subscribers this June, including Star Wars: Squadrons (Electronic Arts), Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown (Sega), and Operation: Tango (Clever Play). These three games will be available for free to subscribers beginning on June 1st.

The first game, Star Wars: Squadrons, is of course set in the ‘Star Wars universe’ and is classified by Electronic Arts as a starfighter combat sim.

Gameplayers will be able to navigate ships on either the New Republic or Imperial side while going up against one another in a Fleet Battles mode.

This is a team-based component of the game, but this new release will also have a single-player mode too. The action takes place after Return of the Jedi and the release also works with PlayStation VR on the PS4.

The second new release, Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown is an anticipated update to the fighting games of the same name. The biggest update will come with better 3D graphics and some additional online features.

This version will give game players the option to choose to play as one of 20 characters. The game comes to the PS4 through PlayStation Plus up until Monday, August 2nd.

The final new release, Operation: Tango is a game that is meant for two players to team up. One player is an agent and the other is a hacker with the two coordinating with one another to battle various forces in the game.

The game requires a microphone to be played as there is a voice chat component. Those who subscribe to PS Plus are able to access the version for the PS5.

Of course, this means that downloads for the current exclusives for PS Plus subscribers will end at the end of May. This includes Stranded Deep, Wreckfest, and Battlefield 5.
