India doesn’t have an extensive history with gaming.

One of the industries most popular games ‘PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds’ has been banned all across India.

The battle royale game leaves 100 players to face off with machines guns and rifles until only one player is left.

Multiple cities have banned PUBG and students have even been arrested for playing.

A large Indian newspaper has dubbed PUBG “an epidemic that is turning children into psychopaths”. Allegedly kids have lost their mental balance among suffering from other health benefits.

The impact of gaming has had an adverse affect on India compared to other counties. They are in a weird digital world of no morals and laws. Gaming has blown into the modern era so rapidly that there is no time for adjustment.

“PUBG has made the online gaming market soar and demonstrated that India is a very attractive market,” said Lokesh Suji, the Gurgaon-based head of the Esports Federation of India.

Kids now have access to a large selection of gaming from a variety of devices which is leaving them culture shocked. Wanting to abandon school and responsibilities to be gamers. These addictive personality shifts are causing parents to fight back against the gaming industry juggernauts.
