Super Bowl 58 is over, and although there’s plenty of talk about the nail-biting overtime finish, many are also conversing about the commercials. They’re a highlight for football fans and viewers who are busy snacking while waiting patiently to only watch the advertisements.

Every year, there are debates about which commercials come out as winners and which deserve penalty flags. In 2024, five stood out as some of the best stemming from Super Bowl LVIII.

Kia EV9

Everyone can relate to how it feels when you want to share a particular moment with someone you love and, for one reason or another, they’re unable to be present. It was hard to watch the Kia EV9 Super Bowl LVIII commercial “Perfect 10” and not have a lump in your throat. The beginning was lovely, and it quickly transformed into beautiful.

Budweiser

Budweiser commercials are highly anticipated every Super Bowl, and this year was no exception. The “Old School Delivery” advertisement packed a lot into 60 seconds: relatability, ingenuity and nostalgia, to name a few.

little fun fact is that the dog’s name is Roy Hawn Russell, and he’s the fur baby of celebs Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.

NFL

Many have dreams they feel are likely out of their reach. However, the 2024 NFL Super Bowl commercial shows that what really matters is your drive, passion, determination and whether you’re “Born to Play.” It’s a spot that undoubtedly resonated with many watching one of the biggest sporting events of the year.

Dunkin’

The celeb-filled Dunkin’ commercial included Jennifer Lopez, Fat Joe and Jack Harlow, but the real stars of the 60-second spot were The DunKings. Consisting of Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Tom Brady, the advertisement had multiple notable moments, particularly Damon’s line of, “How do you like them… donuts? I’m so sorry.”

Can we also take a second to appreciate Lopez’ bedazzled Dunkin’ cup? It was reportedly made by TaylorMade Bling.

State Farm

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s lighthearted poke at his Austrian accent, saying “neighba” instead of “neighbor,” was humorous enough. Kevin Miles, aka Jake From State Farm, was, of course, a charming part of the commercial. Then comes Danny DeVito, the delightful surprise at the end of the State Farm advertisement that thrilled many viewers.

There was a lot to love from the 2024 collection of Super Bowl LVIII commercials. Every February, there’s usually quite a bit of debate about whether the advertisements live up to memorable ones from the past.

If this year’s batch is any indication, more than one falls into the noteworthy category. Fans will anxiously await the 2025 commercials for Super Bowl LIX, set to take place on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
