New York Giants Rookie Quarterback dazzles with a clutch performance
Daniel Jones was widely criticized, along with the Giants, when they drafted him No. 6 overall in the NFL Draft. Since then he had a rough time in New York, including getting booed at Yankee Stadium in June.

After putting together a solid preseason, Jones got the chance to start week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The rookie produced a stellar debut Sunday, leading the Giants to a comeback 32-31 win over the Buccaneers. This game marks the passing of the torch in NYC with it being Daniels first start in place of Eli Manning. The 22-year-old Duke alumni completed 23-of-36 passes for 336 yards and two touchdowns while running for two more touchdowns, including the game-winner.
