Xbox controllers are now in Apple’s online store after adding OS support

Apple is now selling Microsoft’s Xbox Wireless Controller after the latest OS update for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and the Mac. This comes at a great time, with Apple also looking to promote Apple Arcade. Users will definitely more incline to sign up once they know they will be able to play on a familiar gamepad.

The Xbox controller is priced at $59.95 and can be purchased through Apple’s website. Though Apple offers next-day there are cheaper options at other retailers like Best Buy and Amazon.

Apple also introduced support for the PlayStation 4’s gamepad with iOS 13, iPadOS, tvOS 13, and macOS Catalina. No sign of Sony’s DualShock 4 controller on Apple’s store as of yet. Both Xbox and PS4 controllers can be paired to Apple’s devices over Bluetooth and then be used games that support them.
