Last month Best Buy canceled its Galaxy Fold preorders, Samsung then followed and announced it would cancel its own preorders unless customers specifically told them otherwise.
AT&T has become the latest retailer to cancel Galaxy Fold preorders. The company said that any preorder payment would be refunded, and customers would receive a $100 AT&T Promotion Card within the next 60 days.
When will Galaxy Folds be released?
It is unclear when Samsung will have an updated release date but customers can re-order the Galaxy Fold through AT&T once it is announced.
Two months ago multiple review units broke down from just a few days of use. Influencers made it clear that the Galaxy Fold needs more work regarding the mechanics.
The issues are a result of the protective layer of film which misleads users as to if it should be removed or not.
