Apple fanboys can now use the high-tech credit card for all purchases!
The Apple Card is now available to everyone in the U.S. after a limited launch in August.
If you want to incorporate the Apple Card in your day to day spending you can apply through the Wallet app that’s preinstalled on the iPhone. It will take sometime before you can get your hands on the titanium card but you can start using the virtual card right after signing up through Apple Pay.Â
Along with the launch, Apple has also expanded its 3 percent Daily Cash program to include Uber and Uber Eats. More of your favorite merchants and apps will be added to the Daily Cash program in the coming months, so if you are still on the fence about applying for the card, it makes sense to hold out until the rewards system coincides with your lifestyle.
For those that aren’t familiar with Apple’s reward program, Daily Cash is a cashback program that gives you 1% when you use the physical card, 2% when you use Apple Card with Apple Pay, and 3% when you make purchases directly from Apple. One of the Apple Cards other prominent features is the lack of fees, including annual, late, international or over-the-limit fees. The card also comes with an app which gives you a fairly detailed overview of your spending habits.Â
The Apple Card is purely for Apple enthusiast, simply because there are other cards with way more alluring benefits. Though practical and visually appealing, Apple will need to widen up their reward program if they want to compete with other top tier credit cards.
